President Bola Tinubu's special adviser on media and public relations Daniel Bwala has voiced displeasure with UK Conservative party head Kemi Badenoch's criticism of Nigeria, stating that it is regrettable that the Tory leader is portraying her native nation negatively.

In Response To Ms. Badenoch's Claims That Nigerian Governments Destroy Lives, Mr. Bwala Tweeted, "I Sincerely Hope That Sister @Kemibadenoch Would Refrain From Disparaging Nigeria, Her Homeland, As A Tool To Appease Her Far-Right Base."
Ms.
Badenoch "is smart, intelligent, and we are proud of her rise in the
politics of the UK; but we are equally saddened by her terrible rhetoric
against Nigeria," the presidential aide said.
