• A 14-YEAR-OLD BOY WAS FOUND  DEAD AFTER INJECTING HIMSELF WITH BUTTERFLY REMAINS MIXED WITH WATER."    

14-year-old Davi Nunes Moreira died in a Planalto, Brazil, hospital after he injected himself with water and butterfly remains as part of an odd online challenge. His health unexpectedly declined, and he started throwing up. 

When Moreira first developed a limp, he initially told his father that he had injured himself playing. However, he told medical professionals that as his condition deteriorated, he visited a chemist, mixed a dead butterfly with water, and then injected the mixture into his leg.

According to reports, Davi's death may have been caused by toxins in the mixture that sent him into septic shock and caused his body to shut down.

Police have opened an investigation into the claims and whether they were part of a strange online challenge, and they are currently awaiting the full post-mortem results.
