Audio from air traffic control, which was made public on Monday, captures the tense moment when authorities discovered Delta Connection flight 4819 burning on Toronto Pearson Airport's tarmac.

The Endeavor Air CRJ-900 aircraft involved in the crash crashed during Monday's 2:15 p.m. landing at the Canadian airport. There were 80 people on board at the time, including 4 crew members and 76 passengers.

Although at least 18 injuries, including three critical injuries, were reported, no one was killed in the collision. It was about 2:13 p.m. "This airplane just crashed." an official was heard saying.

A moment later, an observer says. "Just so you're aware, there's people also walking around the aircraft there," "Yeah, we've got it," a man is heard responding. "The aircraft there's upside down and burning."

One of the four-year-old critically injured patients was transported to Toronto's The Hospital for Sick Children. The other two patients were transported by air ambulance to St. Michael's Hospital and Sunnybrook Health Sciences Center, two distinct trauma centers in Toronto.

None of the critical injuries at the Toronto crash scene were life-threatening, according to Lawrence Saindon, superintendent of Peel Regional Paramedic Services, who spoke to Fox News Digital.
