A car crashed into a crowd in Munich, Germany, on Thursday, injuring at least 20 people, according to the BBC. The motorist was taken into custody at the site, according to the police, and there is now no threat.
This incident occurs only hours before Vice President JD Vance and other international officials are scheduled to arrive in the city on Friday for a security conference.
Reporters were informed by witnesses that the car that struck a group in Munich contained two guys.
